Before Made My Way, we were two women building careers in NYC. Erin led digital marketing for brands like Tory Burch, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Erno Laszlo, while Claire directed editorial and branded content at Marie Claire and Refinery29, working with names like Chanel, L'Oréal Paris, and Glossier.
We loved what we did, but we couldn't shake the idea of building something of our own. So in 2018, we left New York and started Metta Society, a marketing agency we've since grown to seven figures in annual revenue. Along the way, we've partnered with brands like bareMinerals, Brightland, Odele, and Fly by Jing, and even had our work featured in Forbes (a definite pinch-me moment).
After nearly a decade of building brands, scaling businesses, and developing marketing strategies that actually deliver results, we realized something: the knowledge our clients pay thousands of dollars for should be more accessible to ambitious entrepreneurs who are willing to put in the work themselves.
